About Me
I am originally from Poland. I moved to the United States in 2020. My first diploma, which I obtained after high school, was in pharmacy technology. Right away, I started working in a pharmacy where I gained experience related to counseling and various medications and supplements. Simultaneously, I decided to begin studying dietetics at the University of Silesia in Katowice because I subconsciously knew it was something different than only medications to help people with their conditions, and in fact, never cures them but only keeps their disease dormant. Ultimately, I graduated from one of the most highly-rated universities in Poland, the Silesian University, with a specialization in clinical dietetics. During that time, I completed many psychological training programs conducted by renowned specialists in the field of psychology, such as Kamila Rowińska and globally recognized Mateusz Grzesiak. This foundational knowledge of psychology has been very beneficial for me in the future.
My Journey
In 2015, I began my journey of traveling the world with my husband due to his work. I had the chance to live in five countries: the US, Slovakia, Mexico, the UK, and Canada, and to visit many others, such as China, Russia, and more, which significantly impacted my self-development. Therefore, I understand how difficult it can be when we are placed in situations for which we are not prepared and are faced with unexpected challenges.
The first time I moved to the United States in 2015, it was the longest period I had ever been away from my family, and on top of that, I barely spoke English due to a traumatic experience in Poland. During that time, I struggled with my unstable mood and challenging life. A lack of communication and purpose became my enemies. At that time, I gained weight and had undiagnosed depression. After a year, we changed the country and again settled and when the project was finished we left the country to go to another. Even though it looked incredibly exciting to live in another country and get to know the culture and the natives, it had its dark side which is like an internal security breach.
The Change
I understood that I wanted to change something, therefore, I began testing various strict diets—vegan, raw vegan, paleo, and even short-term carnivore because I believed that it was the only way to feel better. I also spent that time cleansing my body using herbs, and freshly squeezed organic juices. I strongly believe that this method can change my undesired state and have an impact on reversing my undesired symptoms. However, I realized that for full recovery, my emotional state, traumas, and many unhealed wounds needed attention and healing.
I had my first hypnosis session, where I perceived how powerful the subconscious is in our lives for multidimensional aspects. Seven years later, I had another session but this time with a professional hypnotherapist Stefan Lee who has his office in San Francisco and led me during my regression hypnotherapy. It was one of the key moments in my initial subconscious transformation.
